Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Shalom Stay.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from our team and advance payment (if applicable).
  • Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.
  • The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or UPI as specified during booking.
  • An advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
  • The remaining balance (if any) must be settled at check-in or check-out as per the booking terms.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund of advance payment.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in: 50% refund of advance payment.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
  • Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangement has been made.
  • Illegal activities on the premises are strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.

6. Hotel Rights

  • Shalom Stay reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation at its discretion.
  • We may modify room assignments if necessary for operational reasons, providing an equivalent or better room.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Liability

  • The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of hotel facilities except where caused by our negligence.
  • Guests use all hotel amenities and facilities at their own risk.
  • The hotel is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
